Donation Requests

Thank you for thinking of The Red Cat Coffee House. Supporting our neighbors is part of why we roast, and we are proud to contribute to local efforts that strengthen our community.

Because we are a small business and receive many requests, we use clear guidelines to keep the process fair and sustainable. To be considered, requests must be submitted through the form linked below at least 30 days before the event or needed-by date, and should include key details (organization name, date, how the donation will be used). We prioritize organizations located in or directly serving Birmingham, and we generally require proof of 501(c)(3) status (or a fiscal sponsor letter).

Each submission is reviewed on a rolling basis, and you will receive an email response within one week, whether or not we are able to donate. While we aim to support as many meaningful causes as possible, our budget and staffing limits mean we cannot fulfill every request. If we are unable to participate at this time, we truly appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out again for future opportunities.
